People come into Casinos with millions of dollars with the only intention to wipe them. How they do this is,

Check if Casino has money first by betting low amounts
Wait till not many people are on
Have a bunch of your friends all gamble at once,
if you lose, you just keep gambling, because you can eventually get your money back if you play smart.

What I'm suggesting to fix,
a tax on every transaction with a casino that will directly go to another bank account, OR less popular opinion, the "city".

This will stop cash cows from infinitely gambling without losing any money, but instead will add some sort of actual risk than just putting more and more money into gambling and wiping casinos.

If you want to see the spreadsheet source I'll provide it, but its very chaotic.

After 100 wins, using 42% Player win, 49% Dealer win, and 8% tie, with a starting amount of 2.5mil, and 100k per bet, after 100 bets, you'll be at 2.66mil.With a high point of 2.68mil, and a low-point of 2.45mil.
This might be COMPLETELY wrong if I have 1 single number in the wrong spot, and it doesn't account for the hands percentages, but purely the win/loss/tie. https://www.sportstalkphilly.com/guides/blackjack-odds
More boring math shit | every win *1.5 | every loss, -bet amount | every tie, money returned no change.
ONCE AGAIN THIS DOESN'T ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING, I AM NOT A GAMBLING ADVICE EXPERT, DONT GAMBLE 100 TIMES EXPECTING TO BE UP

How so? If every bet is taxed, the casino's bank will be deducted by the users win, but will put money into another account. Giving the casino some sort of a fighting chance at actually profiting off of owning a casino license. Call the taxes an "Off-limits" balance.
Ill do the math tomorrow, its 4:30am rn.

If there's 5% tax on each bet, 20 bets in, casino already makes 100k and removes 100k from the Casinos gambling amount giving the gamblers less "working room"

My point is the casinos already make an incredible amount of money already as it is. Sure, you might see a few people win a lot and wipe a casino, but you lose much more than you win. It's a constant give and take that always leaning towards taking.

From my experience with my casino, is that there are plenty of people in the city that are essentially RP high rollers. They have their gay little spread shit on one monitor telling them when to stand when to hit, double down ect. There is not enough people in the city, that are shit at gambling, to out weigh that. And I havent come up with a solution to making money, just trying every possible avenue thats within server rules.

Anytime someone says something about the casinos your listed as a D1 yapper, and truth be told casinos dont make money from the rich, especially if they know what they are doing, they make it from the poor. And well on Diverge that doesnt exactly happen.

The tax thing might work I dont know but to be honest, none of the problems with gambling is an exploit if you have enough money to keep throwing at roulette you can literally just go and bet only green. Its not a glitch, its not an exploit but it works to well. Ive had more than 10 people try the roulette thing and they all agreed its something that shouldn't work as well as it does.

At this point Im no longer complaining about the tables, if I see something funky going on I ban them and move on simple as that.

General consensus: Im on the fence about this as I think it wont change much. so I just hope now that there is someone other than me talking about this. This gets UA thinking about what they can do to make them better.

Taxing either the house or player won't make a difference.

The issue with casinos being "cleared" out is down to two issues. The payout amounts, and the betting values.

Pretty much every casino has a "high roller" table which allows for bets in the hundreds of thousands. So, when a player wins, say they bet 500k and get blackjack, they get a 1.5 million payout. Then they can play 3 more hands with that, which they're likely to win at least one.

The default payout values used to be 1.2 for a win, and 1.75 for a blackjack. Casinos were stable with these, and there wasn't these issues. But every time we put a casino down, we'd have to go re-put it down because every casino wanted to have 2 for winning and 2.5 for blackjack. So that became the new standard.

TLDR: Tables lower payout amounts, and max bet. Simple.
