Dude is actually a sad individual, stuck my neck out to help get him unbanned from a perma months ago, afterwhich he decided to punch minge, get banned again (temporarily mind you), then had the bright idea to ALT and got himself perma-banned again.

Ran into him on another game and told him to put together a ban appeal with some level of remorse and effort, to which he writes this up. After explaining to him I wasn't going to even attempt to vouch for his change in character, he griefed our group in the other game we were playing and left mutual discords lol. This man is genuinely miserable and it shows in his lack of effort in anything in life, his friend he brought to this community ended up having more roleplay significance than he was able to create for himself in over 2 years of being here.

TL;DR: Dude is a man-child archetype that can never take accountability for his actions and it even transitions into other games, would not recommend his unban as he will bring nothing new to the community as he is still the same miserable freak he was months ago. He's still in a mental stage akin to a pre-schooler who breaks another kid's toy because he cannot play with it, perhaps give him another 5-10 years of mental development and he will be ready to socialize with others in a meaningful way.
