Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i got banned because a guy shot at a allied faction member and i killed him i switched chars like 10 mins after and i get banned for LTAP how is that LTAP the admin should have checked steam id 

Why should you be unbanned? because i didnt LTAP killed him for faction defence i was also tabbed out when he said sorry so i didnt hear nothing

Hello my name is arturoalba and I was the one who took the ticket of the guy who made a rdm ticket first of all the guy who made the ticket had a clip and he proved that it was a misclick here is the clip of him having a miss click and you killing him https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...MzAxODQxLA basically when he said it was a misclick he was being honest when he shot the gun and then you killed him and when I checked the logs you switched chars and first of all he never shot you or anything

I will remove LTAP from the ban reason.

Now from the clip provided the guy clearly did misclick so it was a little stupid to react the way you did. It's not like you reacted instantly and killed him but rather the guy accidently fired, immediately switched off the gun and was instantly apologetic about it. There was 10 seconds between him shooting the ground and you having to intentionally open your inventory to equip the gun and then shoot him. Just looking for the excuse to kill him here. He never damaged the guy.

With that being said you only have 1 note for RDM. So I will be reducing this ban significantly. Be more aware/understanding if someone fired accidently and apologizes.
