Joe "Creole" lee came from the south to a new land for business and found that to compete with crime syndicates, he would have to use southern style and his Bayou food in order to conquer this new northern land. The creation of his congregation is a result of the rejection he received from the police. His ultimate goal is to become a Cornel Sanders-like figure. The congregation's income comes from temporary shops set up at random. The congregation is based around Christianity and is heavily inspired by 1920s maifa volience. Joe presents himself as a manager of a humble food shack. He is devoted to the church, putting it above all others. However his dream is fueled by blood as he has a hitman business on the side giving his a gnarly reputation amongst regular streetgoers. His reign will be choas and indeterminate as him and his legion try to crawl to the top in a dog eat dog world. God help all who get in their way.
