You don't know that bro. I didn't have my snipers post up on a roof. Do you think I'm an idiot? It is asking to be PKed. If you RPed a day in your life you would know that I wouldn't do that or neither would any Mob Boss in La Cosa Nostra do that. I RP out my trials every time and the feds pked me in this one. Happened back on MP too. They get salty they can never win cases so they resort to being corrupt. Even though they never get valid PK reasons such as now.

Your -1 does not matter in this situation as if you read the rules on responding to pks it states you have to be directly involved in the situation to even comment on an appeal.

Still input from a server-wide scale on a situation like this is obviously wanted as it allows for everyone to voice their opinions on the situation in a safe environment.

I don't value his opinion since I kicked him out of Bonannos a long time ago. He has a possible bias.

Well like I said the obstacle that I obviously can't overcome is that I don't record, but I know for a fact you had your boys on the roof posted up, I saw it with my own two eyes.

I value anyone and everyone's input on a situation like this, so obviously previous situations/beef will be taken into accord but he still has the right to speak his mind.

There is no external communication, as well when they were breaching the PD, it's clearly seen he is talking to nobody with a third party software, everything he did was recorded, he did not plan this. It does not make sense for him to do this when he is clearly intelligent enough to not do stupid shit that you accuse him of.

I have watched through this video several times, That is why I have stated it as supposable orchestration because obviously no one is going to self-incriminate themselves.
Example of how this can be viewed by someone else; "Someone disconnected from a discord VC, you can hear the ton happen"

Then you need glasses. Check my recording I did not order them to do a thing I just streamed the trial to the boys because the PD is incapable of having some good RP for the public by holding trial only for themselves.

Let's keep this on the same topic of the PK, I understand your obvious frustration and point of view, but you can talk about that later.

From a non-biased perspective here, and as a Senior Officer in the NYPD who was on while all of this was going on, it seemed like a witch-hunt. Which resulted in Feds taking a court case into their hands by killing the defendant.

I feel like the PK should be voided and the court case proceeds from where it was before the defendant was murdered. Otherwise, it's unfair.
