Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Because an Admin banned me without any evidience 

Why should you be unbanned? I was teleported to a sit, in front of me was standing Admin Vice, He said that I am going to be banned for 3 days for 3 rdm, I asked him does he have any evidence(video or screenshots). To my question he responded that he was there and watched me rdm people, I asked him why he didn't try to freeze me or anything while I apprently RDM'd 3 people, I doubted he had been there as if he had he would have seen i had reason to kill them. He did not respond and only banned me. I believe he had a lack of proof i did RDM and banned for effectively a few guys complaining to him who had an inability to prove anything they were saying other than i shot them.

As Marcas Foley I killed because the guy was a blackman white shirt stealing cars and pulling him under fear rp to get him out of car would have no results.
As Ali Khan I killed the guy because I putted him under fear rp and he tried to run away, He didnt seem to care that gun is pointed at him, He wouldnt lisen to my orders, He would try to bodyblock me while entering the shack at docks and in the end he tried run away when I tried to zip-tie him.
Paramedic was a whole diffrent story, he pulled a handgun on me and tried to shot me. I had my screen darkend because of the damage, he had his ambulance parked before the docks so He might saw how I took the previous guy into the shack under gunpoint at docks(it took me some time because the previous guy didnt understand what fear rp means)
It would be nice if you had solid proof before banning, just because you have in logs that I killed somebody doesnt mean its rdm, just look at the time gaps between the kills. I doubt you flyed around me for 22mins so I dont think you witnessed anything. I remind that i had 1 kill on my main Marcas and 2 on Ali so you being around me all this time seems absurd.
