Reason for PK: Shot a Cop and cop shot back

Why should you be unPK'd?: I was shooting at a Nazi who deserved to be shot, they where spreading nothing but hate so I decided to shoot the Nazi, a cop pops up out of nowhere and I got a fight from it, Fight or flight kicked in and I made a mistake of shooting back out of panic, I'm sorry, but it is my first ever character with a lot of history on this server and I don't feel that's the right way for such a character to go, Also before I forget, the man who killed me looked like a white shirt, so I thought it was one with a shotgun trying to minge, the officer was wearing a white hoodie white shirt and white bottoms, I feel its unfair as i did not know they where a cop

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I don't have any

I am not really involved with the situation however, that makes no sense due to the fact that he was right in front of you which you could see he was apart of the NYPD Faction as well, he was right in your face.

What i seen was a white shirt and white hoodie in front of me with a shoti and i thought it was a whiteshirt trying to shoot me which is why i panicked

Seems like I announced my intentions and my position pretty clearly when I told you to drop the gun, you were the one who shot a guy with a suppressed pistol while wearing a mask! lol 

but I can see how one would have been confused, but then again there is also that aspect of fearRP where I had a gun pointed at you.

I'm not involved but could give some incite due to being in a similar situation with a minge that had one of his buddies pull a gun and try and kill me bc i shot at the ground next to the minge. If you take the aspect of him being a cop out i could see the reason the guy acted like he did because i probably would have done the same due to him not being in uniform. A civ outfit + badge with PAC is completely different than a identifiable player model of a police officer. Would also make sense why the other guy shot. I'm pretty if he knew you were a cop he would have avoided getting pk'ed due to him seeing like 3 cops IN UNIFORM across the street clearly in view and seen on the video. If you are a fed and are going to be on duty, Be in some type of uniform unless you are DEA or FBI.

edit: Also looks like he goes in his inventory or something while you cross his screen due to him not moving until your to his right side which could be why he didn't see the blue name (was a perfect opportunity to taze him btw), along with his friend not being close enough to see it either. could be wrong tho just thought i would play devils advocate.

I understand but ive just been in this type of situation and its easy to mistake a detective for a random guy. Even with all the given factors, I think he should get a second chance. Best of luck to you Ryan on getting your character back <3

I think the intentions we're clear that Dentist was simply trying to protect himself from someone who he thought was a stranger in the heat of the moment. Knowing him and how he operates, he would most definitely not act in a manner of throwing his whole character away over a quick draw with a police officer, I believe he would have simply complied if proper identification was addressed, even if the intentions we're made clear from the detective, unless there is video, that piece right there could be he said she said. Follow up, I believe it's not quite fair to have an immediate PK upon Dentist due to him reacting to someone who simply does not look like an official, If I was in his position, I would think in the heat of the moment you would be one of the colleagues of the man I just killed looking to finish the job. In conclusion, it seems like an accident that would not have went down if proper identification was made more clear, and of course not running right up to a gun man after he was in the heat of the moment and attempting to draw on him, it would be clear what the out come would be, the Detective should have been more careful with actually detaining the assailant rather than putting his own life in danger and ultimately killing his suspect . The Dentist deserves another chance.

Not sure how detainment would work when a man is shot and the gunman still has a gun in his pocket. Another thing to note, there were clearly cops in uniform holding shotguns right next to the Nazi, and the guy thought he could get away with shooting the guy once without anyone noticing, almost like shooting a spitball out of a straw at someone whose back is turned. However, I saw everything go down and told him to drop the gun. The guy knew what he was doing so how could he possibly have been so overwhelmed to shoot a guy who is telling him to drop the gun he just used to shoot someone sneakily? That's just what I'm wondering.
