Reason for ban: PAC Abuse

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel the ban was unjust because the PAC rules are vague on the grounds I was ban.

Why should you be unbanned? Because the PAC rules do not specify if I'm allowed to put music onto it or not nor the fact of what kind of music I can add onto my PAC and staff never confronted me about removing the music from my PAC or telling me to lower the volume of the music attached to my PAC (not blaming staff by the way) but i was already kicked for the music attached to my PAC which told me to stop so after I rejoined I was running back to the FBI office then I was met with a ban not even 10 seconds later after rejoining

I originally kicked you because I wasn't exactly sure who was playing the music, but after seeing your notes (you were supposed to be blacklisted from PAC a long time ago), you clearly had history with PAC warnings. I needed you to come back into the server so I could properly blacklist your flags, then ban.
PAC rules are not vague, and the music you were playing was not 1980s, and was extremely loud. I also don't see you having a PAC application to begin with.

I was given my PAC back from Pendred after my blacklist and in the 1980s is when gangster rap was pretty much made but i will admit the song i was playing wasn't from the 1980s and the PAC rules don't cover how loud music can be

It's treated the same way as if you were playing music over mic.
