+1 one of the first street gang factions ran by one of the best to ever do it. Older factions like this are known for doing Non-pk wars with the other vintage gangs such as CSR, as they are all friends ooc, know how to keep beef in rp, and keep it fun & fair.

I don't think the user is capable of running a faction without rulebreaking. I have experienced you in the beginning of the server and you lied quite a bit in your appeals against me. The faction idea may be solid, but as I explained, an actual capable leader would make the faction usable.

I have never lead a faction on this server before. And you have never proved yourself in my appeals you never brought forth evidence of me lying. And plenty of users have said I lead this faction "best to ever do it" but this is a application I dont wish to argue if you have problems just DM me on discord. I have ran this faction for three years im not a new gang rper.
