What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I want to be able to help keep new players stay involved in the server so that we can have a growing community. I also want to be able to keep people calm when frustrating situations are happening so that they don't rage quit and stay on the server. My goal is to become a GM and do events for the PD, EMS, and the criminal factions.
[b]Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I'm not trying to become staff for the perks like Pet flags because I already bought VIP. I've also been in Mafia RP for over a year and I'm confident I know what the community wants.[/b]
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was a Moderator with event privilege's on Old MP. I held the position for around a month.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * Yes. I'm a Faction Leader and a longtime High Command member of the NYPD. I believe I'm seen well in the community. I'm open to any and all criticism.

[b]Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip and save their SteamID and send it to the staff member I think would be available the soonest.[/b]
[b]You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a staff report with as much evidence as possible. People like that do not belong here.[/b]
[b]A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: "Listen dude, I love ya but you can't do that shit here." I would handle it like I would handle anyone else. No one is safe from the Shmurda ban hammer.[/b]
