What is your motivation/reason for applying?: In pure honesty, I wana join staff mainly because of seeing Zoomer/Joseph Mary on staff and how fun it can be to be staff in a server, since I usually haven't though of ever becoming a staff member until now.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Frankly, I think I can bring some good maturity and activity to the table of staff, as I can be on almost everyday since my school allows me to have access to a MacBook to use while at school, as well as my home computer over the weekends, so even when there's school or such going on I can still hop on during those times.*
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have never been banned.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I cant really say what people think of me, but being in a position of ERSU Chief, i do have plenty of friends and a few enemies, but most of the enemies are from my position of power and those wanting to take me down out of reasons of spite and etc. I try and be friendly when I can, but much like an officer, my job comes before myself so ive had to ruin a few peoples day when all they wana do is rob some EMS.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I have nothing going on, I would swap to my admin character and take the ticket, as long as one is there and they are being reported.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: The first thing I would try is to try and confront them, because the last thing I would want is a fight within the staff chain if I where to report them, however if they would persist I would gain evidence via recordings, screenshots, and whatever logs are available and bring it up with either gamer or another higher rank within management.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Like I said before, my job comes before anything else, so I would treat this just the same as any other sit and work it out. Of course, being a friend of mine I would attempt to see if there is a way to approach him in a friendlier fassion after the punishment and try to explain anything he needs cleared up with so he can continue playing on the server once his punishment is over.
