Reason for PK: "Suspected of being a federal agent"

Why should you be unPK'd?: This is a totally baseless and pretty ridiculous PK, I don't even know how it got approved in the first place. It was requested by the head of the Cassanos and they PKd within 12 hours of me joining. This is totally absurd and does not make any sense how this was approved. No evidence or anything. They pulled this reason out of their butts and asked for a PK. Don't know how they came to this conclusion when I've had like 4 hours tops of active time on the server as a Cassano. Completely and utterly absurd.

EDIT: Totally forgot to mention I was literally in the middle of suing the police dept. with Jade Imperial Law Firm, so there isn't even a chance that I was a fed. Jade Imperial Law Firm: (https://discord.gg/NvgFRRxD)

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

The decision to have your character killed was not an easy or quick decision, the evidence that was felt by the command to be demanding enough was gathered and presented, in an IC standpoint, such a high risk cannot have chances taken on it. The decision was made and was not "Baseless" I understand you may feel rather heated about the situation but the pk was within the guidelines of "Faction leaders approval" and therefore a valid PK.

I was the staff member that took the PK ticket, and approved the PK itself.

This character was killed after only 13 Hours, and 24 Minutes of being in the faction. Most of which, was not even time he was on the server.
The kill itself was fine, though the PK request was not in any way a 'last resort'.

Don's orders PKs cannot be used just to circumvent the rules of a proper, and valid PK reason regardless of whether or not you 'think' he is a Federal Agent. He had not even been in the faction for a whole day before you PKed him. If anything, he was on for not even a quarter of a day before you made the choice to PK him. From what it seems, you jumped to a conclusion and just tried to get a D.O. to circumvent the fact that you had no proof.

Not to say that you did not have proof. You can present your proof, and arguments here. Just saying that this PK, is very suspicious.

This is totally baseless. You were completely aware that I worked for other crime families before and I literally transferred from one to join you. If I was a federal agent something would have happened to the other crime families I was part of. I don't know how I can come from selling Opium (which you guys knew about) to Selling oil for like 4 hours with you guys, to getting PKd. I didn't just get picked up off of the street, I had experience with crime organizations. I followed the parameters that you guys gave me during my 4 hours of playtime, and only did legal stuff. This is a really dumb PK that should not have been approved. You can literally say "uhhhh he might be a fed" about anybody and get them PK'd. That is just really dumb.

Imagine 'Dons Orders' doesn't suffice to whack someone from the 'Dons' Faction. Doesn't seem like this thought process has been entirely thought through. The DON is the boss for the reason; he RUNS the faction. These rules basically look like to me that they were written by someone who has never ran a serious faction before.
