-1 for reasons below

- Puerto Ricans DO NOT celebrate dia de los muertos
- Los Muertos translate to the Dead (most commonly used for dia de los Muertos) so the cartel would literally be "The dead cartel" which sounds dum
- Most Puerto Ricans do not believe in the whole dead people are still alive in another way thing.
