Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
Since there aren't a lot of staff online during the daytime in CEST.
I could fill the gap since a lot of people need help and I know a bit of the server here and there.
Also a lot of staff cant take all the tickets so I wanted to help them out.
And of course, I like the server and I want to keep the server growing as it is doing right now.
The server has a lot of potentials and a fresh Idea I have never seen on Garry's mod. and I like that a lot.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I'm active and I have lots of fun.
Also, I have a good reputation with other members.
I'm overall a calm dude I don't get triggered a lot.
And I have played a lot of Garry's mod.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
2 months in Chat hunter discord (Moderator). I moderated my own servers which I eventually dropped due to a lack of player activity
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I alted when it wasn't supposed to. (to avoid RDM ban)
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
Instead of me guessing what players think of me I just asked them cause I think it's not polite to speak for someone else. I send all people the same question:

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Let it know by the staff which is on duty if they don't respond fast enough I wrap up with the RP i was involved in (if any) then switch character to staff char and stop him him
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I record it make a collection of the things he does. and submit it to Higher up(s)
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed to know this can affect your friendship with them?: First I inform another staff if not any is online. I just pull em up explain that they did wrong how to improve it ( as i would do by anyone) and explain to them they get a warning (If not worse) and tell them/him/her "Sorry but if they see me giving you free passes i get punished and don't want that either. "
