Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I Have nothing to do with this Family Shared account, I don't know why I'm permabanned, I had just started playing in October and was enjoying my stay until this happened. 

Why should you be unbanned? 
I believe I should get unbanned because I have done nothing wrong. I wish I could make a better apology but I really didn't do anything to warrant a permaban. I really hope you guys can sort this out.
