Reason for blacklist (if given): Unrealistic Body Armor 

Why should they be returned?: Because i had had that vest pac on for multiple days interacting with staff and others and i was never once told what i am wearing is against server rules and never once told to take it off until Somespy came flying out of no where and demanded i remove it i see clowns and ronald mc donald roaming the streets wheelchairs with spoilers people that are 2ft tall and people that are 8ft tall im very confused how body armor is unrealistic but rat pac is perfectly ok

I made that pac, the dude has like 3 pk hits on him (1 approved by me), so he asked that I make a big vest for him for protection. It would be appreceate if someone links me specific rules on pac so I dont waste my time on blender and photoshop in the future. Thanks

Hello, I had told you to take off the pac because it doesn't fit a realistic standpoint of walking around wearing an entire body of armor as a civilian (image) I told you to take it off once, you told me to shut up. I told you to take it off a second time in which I brought you to a sit. I had told you that you can only wear it if it's during an event or robbery, etc. But you said, "fine then". I proceeded to place you down, but right when that happened, you told me that you hope my mother dies on Christmas eve and to "suck you off with big mac sauce". You then said you didn't care and would put it right back on. And you did. All you could have done was taken it off and you would have been let off with a verbal. But it's the fact that you said you didn't care and would put it right back on is why you got your perms removed. You also had notes in the past for misusing PAC. As for the Ronald Mcdonald, there is a clown outfit already on the server and that is a retextured version of it.
