What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
My motivation for applying to the Diverge staff and moderation team is that I want to help the community as it begins. What killed Mobsters Paradise was a horrible staff team, mingey player base, and a British child groomer. While one of these issues being fixed, the other two can be fixed with a better staff team, with good moderators you can cut on down mingey players, help serious players, set up events to add more RP to the server, and much more. I also want to become staff because I do not want this community to fail like MP did. Never have I had a moment where I was sitting outside an apartment block with friends, listening to California Dreamin, and watching the days go by. I want to share that experience with others, by doing what I can to better the server, and I see this as the best way that I can better this coummnity.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
[b]I believe that you should choose me over other candidates for staff because of three main points, I am dedicated, have a lot of time to blow, and listen to higher ups to the T. With my dedication to the mafiaRP community, I would love to give back to it after all the experiences I have had. I want to do my part in keeping this thing of ours alive and well, and will do what I can to achieve that. I also am someone who will do with no questions asked, (at least asked to you,) and will carry it out to the best of my ability. There is no other game mode like this one, and I'm hell bent on bettering it.[/b]

Some DarkRP servers, back around 3 years ago when I only played DarkRP, (bad times).
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
I would like to think that I am atleast some-what know in the community, weather it be arresting you, raiding your building with my SRG buddies, selling you a gun, interrogating you in the FBI building, or showing you the ropes of my family, I have probably seen you around, "that one time." If you know me from my position in the Alamo Cartel as 'Doc', my position as an SRG Marksman as Dan Eyer. I have done my share around the community helping out and taking people out. I can say that I have made good friends here, and met more. How I think people see me as of now, of course if I have arrested you, you may have a sour taste in your mouth about me, like wise if it was a PK, I can assure that I am willing to keep IC and OOC separate. How people generally think of me on the server may be seen as a helpful person, or loyal person. Now when I first played mafiaRP back on MP, I was newish to RP, I was very mingy, now I believe that I corrected that, and would like to show that I have changed to the community.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
Due to not being listed in the rules I will type both out comes.
If I am not allowed to take my own sits, I would make a ticket, tell the staff member what happened, then show my clip. Then I would react accordingly to what happens/is being said.
If I am allowed to take my own sits, (which I hope I'm not,) I would take them to a roof top, and then ask them why did they kill me. If they have a valid reason I would apologize for the inconvenience and let them move on.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Record the misconduct, and then send it to a higher up/staff manager.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would bring them to a roof, and then explain to them how the server functions. I would explain that it is a serious RP server, and that if he dosen't want to play that its all good, but if he does, I would attempt to help him learn how to better RP. Either way he would receive proper warnings/punishment.
