Why should you be unbanned?: I was hunting down a man named Antonio Pastrami for stealing from me, when he stole from me he was with a girl in a pink hoodie and white shorts. I saw the girl and a man who looked identical to Antonio beside her, somebody rolled up next to my car and said "that is Antonio.". So I got out and opened fire on who I thought was Mr. Pastrami and the girl. Only after I had already shot him the same man as before screams "that is not Antonio!". By the time I heard and processed that we were already in a full on shootout which I won, i realized it wasn't him so I did not finish him or the girl and made my escape. Why do I think I should be unbanned? Because I think that is an In character issue and not something to be banned for, for example maybe they could have made me pk active for an hour, maybe the survivors could come and kill me back and exact revenge IC instead of calling an admin. In the real world if a hitman gets the wrong person the victim doesn't call god down to ban them for 3 days, just rp it out.

Atleast shorten it to RDM x1 and reduce the ban because that woman stole shit from me when she was with antonio

Hello, I am the moderator that issued your ban. In the clip that you have included in your appeal, we can see you driving up to 2 individuals, a woman and a man, after you were fairly close the taxi driver next to you which is indeed the guy that made the report and was just a random which also brings up the question "Why would you trust him when he says that this is Antonio?", anyway the taxi driver proceeds into screaming 'This is Antonio!' and you get out of your vehicle, and without any validation that what the taxi driver was saying its true, you pull out your weapon and start shooting the individuals. Furthermore, I wanna add that when you got out of your vehicle, the woman said 'This is not Antonio' and perhaps instead of doing what you did, you should have at least spoke to them first to see if it was actually Antonio or not. Furthermore, after you kill the man, and you heard the taxi driver saying that this is not Antonio, in fact you do not stop there.. you continue shooting and dropping unconscious the woman next to him, and after that you just run away. Also I wanna add that the man you killed did not look like Antonio at all.

Now if its not clear already, those 2 individuals were not Antonio and his wife, they were 2 random people that you had literally no reason to shoot at. And I do not understand why would you say that the situation should not have been brought OOC, as those people were just walking down the street and got killed by a random person, which basically means they have every right to report you for RDM.

Last but not least, you have been on the server for a while, also applied for staff very recently so you should have known that what you did is wrong. And I also checked your previous warns and they are not looking pretty good. So due to your past warns and the current situation I issued a 3 day ban that I believe should not be unbanned. You might be a nice guy, but in my opinion you need to take these 3 days and read the rules and think about your actions.

Obviously I know what I did wrong, by the way at most this is RDM x1 and should be reduced because the woman was with Antonio and helped steal my shit. Like I said, I heard her say that and it processed through my head after I was shooting, and why would antonio's wife be like "yea this is him mr. hitman" Of course even if it was him she would have denied it. And now your exuse is why did I trust the taxi driver? is it against the rules to trust taxi drivers now? Also if the girl did rob you, you never mentioned anything like that in the sit, but if she did rob you you would quite need evidence of that (Video e.t.c). Also when I told you about the trust between you and the taxi driver, I meant to show you that you should not trust everyone, as that does not give you any allowance to identify Antonio, unless one of your friends has his f3 which was proven that the taxi driver did not have it.

Did the guy I kill even call the ticket? or the girl? No the fucking taxi driver did didn't he? If the girl is still on ask if her and Mr. Antonio pastrami stole from my homeless squat during my pizza party. because I didn't record it.

And still it should be dealt with ic, failed murder attempt shouldn't be a ban but like i said maybe he could exact revenge on me, as he survived.

Actually 2 tickets were made for you, one from the taxi driver and one from the man who you killed. Also as I mentioned before they have every right to bring this into a ticket (the man atleast) as they got killed randomly by a guy they did not even know.

Firstly, if someone rdmed you and you had no idea why it happened and also almost lost a weapon in the middle of the process, you would not 'Roleplay it out', an rdm is OOC and its a rulebreak and as I mentioned before he can report it and bring it OOC if he wants, which he did.

Secondly, I did ask her in game about 20 minutes ago, I dont have it clipped and I left the game to eat about 5 minutes after.

Anyway, I will leave this up to the UA, but I really feel like you should not be unbanned and take these 3 days to understand your actions and read the rules.
