+1. Not only does the staff team need good representation from all of its members but it requires good RPers from every single type of RP. This fuckhead guy has interacted with many of the different levels of RP, will bring a rep from the Bratva, and would be a great addition to the team overall. Especially since it would shut him the fuck up about the staff team being cheeks. Gonna firebomb your diner <3.

-1 He is a nice guy that likes to joke around from time to time, but I've had arguments with him, in the vast majority of those arguments his reasoning is poor, illogical, irrational and egotistic.

Ex: asked 1.5 million of a guy saying a Medellin shot his member (obviously I'm joking with this example).

With the limited experiences I've had this individual, I do not feel like he would be a prime candidate as staff as its hard for me to see this individual purely being neutral in instances regarding his faction, (i.e meta).

Until I see otherwise, that is the position I am taking regarding this staff application.

Neutral, leaning towards +1. Mio is a good roleplayer and has been in the community a long time, but I am concerned about a conflict of interest.
