Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): The Paramedics guys the Victim, and myself were involved. Basically we are taking him back to PD, the whole time he is talking about how dogshit the server is and just constant OOC in IC. I take him into the cells then he says "I'm outta this bitch" And warps into space.
