Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): first of all, no sit was given, no chance to explain myself. The server lag when there is 85+ on makes driving a car impossible, but of course the admin doesn't know that as he didn't provide a sit. Additionally 3 days for VDM is quite harsh, while I understand its admin descresion its still harsh. idk where nitrp is from I guess whoever this guy is thinks cause I ran someone over I didn't want to RP.

Hello! I'm very sorry for not giving you the second sit, the ban one, (after pulling you aside for running people over the first time) Ive learned from that mistake. However, following you around after banning the first guy and watching him VRDM, its believable that you followed behind in suite, nailing an officer crossing the crosswalk on a turn and going straight down the street into another group of officers. I'm Sorry, but I'm personally going to be sticking with my verdict.
