We need more russian factions, currently only 1, hope this faction can bring better rp to the server. Also played with this guy all the time, he use to be in the other russian bratva and did great, no worrys he will not do the same

More isn't always better. We have a Russian faction already, and I think the server would benefit more from the interactions created by introducing a greater variety of ethnic groups, not adding similar ones. Similar ethnic factions typically just align themselves, and don't work super hard to establish unique identities (e.g: Italians, Japanese, and African-Americans currently on the server). Sometimes, one is enough.
