Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: The lack of sits being taken is a big reason why I applied. I get on at odd hours and a lot of rule breakers happen to be on during those hours. A lot of rp is lost because of random white shirts coming in and minge beating people. This makes the server not as fun as it usually is when people are rping. The lack of active staff (I know it not possible to have every staff on all the time)on this server affect enjoyment.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: A lot of other applicants have experience but a majority of them held lower ranks or was UA on a small server. The server I used to staff at was a big server similar to this. I held staff on that server for more than a year and a half where I went from the bottom of the chain to letting people join the staff team.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):Yes I was an Administrator on Garnet Gaming (it was the third highest rank on that server) and I was the HR Head( bought in New staff and manage the staff team)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:yes I did. It was my first couple of week and I was transferring over items between chars. I didn't know that was against the rules because I was new to the server at the time. I didn't read into the rules that much as I was new but yeah I fucked up and didn't get ban again after that mistake.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Yes I'm kinda of well known due to the fact I'm the Captain of the SWAT team but I don't think I hold a negative reputation. People like my presence for the most part .I rarely play on my crime family character anymore. So I don't think most people know me on that char.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'll have to hop on to my staff char to do my job.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'll have to report it because it's still staff abuse.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I'll still ban his ass because he's breaking server rules. I would've warn him before he even joined the server.
