She was pked because her and her brother had been brought into the faction by someone who did not have perms to do so and also made her Captain which breaks our rules with having a girl as a made man. Also it was a way for them to give there other chars faction Coke for a cheaper price as I witnessed them multiple times picking up coke then bringing it to lucchese. now IC we were not on good terms with lucchese because of some petty beef over coke pricing causing us not to sell to them. Them doing this on top of claiming to be a captain of our family when the real boss never made the choice we had perfect reason IC to PK her and her brother/crew members. General rule #1 (if something seems like it would be wrong, don’t do it)

Alrighttyyyyyy. So, beginning with this as I thought of it to be the most easy one to go through. The ruke stats if "if something seems like it would be wrong, don’t do it" which is self explanitory so I won't explain that bit. You actions, of streaming the discord, mentions of selling another faction coke for base price, and also other things that I am not able to fully recall now (Keep in mind this happened well over a week ago), were all things brought to my attention. Now, this lead to an obvious decision of mine as I built my faction on a penal code and set of rules. The characters who brought this to my attention have all been there since the start so I went through and deemed it vaild for your character to be exectued. I do not believe my characters actions conflict with this rule, I do not believe this rule was set in place because of an event regarding this situation.

Character rule #5 (using ooc info for ic)

I don't see how I, or any of my faction members, violated this rule. As we all know anything said on discord or any discord based around in character interactions (black market discords, faction discords, business discords) are in character. You streamed the discord in a factions discord, now of course, using common sense I deemed this as an in character action. Discord being used in an in character manner is in character, as we've seen in RP trials, RP interactions, and many other things. A simple "ooc info for IC" shouldn't be viable because one party got a negative outcome from it, is what I have to say about this.

#13 (lying to staff)

Lying to staff? What? Okay. Lets say in this situation I did lie to staff for this PK, I'll get back to the lying part in a second, the PK itself was don's orders. I could tell the staff member "I shat my pants because I ate too much mustard, and I want a PK on don's orders for Paul Riggerio because of it" and no matter what I say the reason for the PK is still don's orders so I don't know how I could lie to staff when I'm the don/faction leader and I ordered the PK. Moving onto the lying to staff accusation,  who? what? where? when? I never lied to Baldrick when ordering this PK because quite frankly I didn't have to explain it to him, its like the fast food worker asking why you're ordering food, they don't ask they just give you your food. I would also like to mention that I didn't do your PK. I physically can not PK with my staff title as I am a moderator so the part where you lied to Zoomer and made the accusation that I was the one who PKed you isn't factual, baldrick did the PK, to my knowledge.. What you did is lying to staff, ironic.

I again have all the evidence that day what i was talking about. Theres no getting out of this. You keep lieing is just makingit worse. If it was so bad what I did where is the evidence hmm? Also if your upset about people talking ooc bout things you should take a look at grant he told me how much you all make a day plus other things. Ayo knew he put me in and he also knew my friend was in to. You obviously didnt look at all the report and evidence. I recommend you do because you sound dumb.

The logic to this is, "I didn't do this because its against the rules". I don't have proof you streamed, I didn't need proof its don's orders. My character deemed it was fit to have to killed and he got you killed. I didn't need any evidence.
Simply saying "I didn't do this because it would be metagame" isn't really a way to go on this. I don't have to show fuck all for the PK because its don's orders. A don can get any one of his faction members killed at any time.

Lovely ayo so now you and your faction got caught beaking rules and are now gonna change the whole reason for the pk. No way can that be allowed when it is so clear you guys broke rules, you got caught and you cant just say oh its cause i felt like it because im don when you didnt feel like doing it, I can post evidence of you saying you didnt want to, so which is it. Also he does own it, you dont make sense saying that when you yourself said to ask him. Now I have to weigh in, great. I offered you a chance to run a crew when the faction was starting up. When I gave you this opportunity it came with tasks you had to complete. 

You had not finished these tasks and were not officially appointed as a captain. Ayo has full right to PK anyone he sees fit.

I guess im sorry i didnt come up with crew name soon enough, i mean i had ideas but we agreed they werent good enough yet. We were all confused on what was going on but I was the only one trying to reach out to you guys and I dont know why we all just had a meeting. Each one of you were saying different things. What was supposed to come first, the crew name, the backstory, finding five guys? Im sorry i was excited to start making money and started buying and found one guy and was waiting to find rest crew member, to speak to ayo first. Is the criteria that I only be the one questioned and go through a process, what was the other capos process? I have no idea, I was not given any information and was going into a faction blinded with guesses of how things went. Im starting to see now that the leaders were not communicating to each other and were doing there own things which is what i was confused if i should do. Since they see they broke rules everythings changed to they didnt like that grant asked me to join and they didnt like that and a conversation should have been had. I have clips over and over and discord messages of me not wanting to assume what I can do and being confused. I see this is now turning into they didnt want specifically me a girl to be a capo and that should have been communicated about. If they all felt uncomfortable by that and confused, a meeting should have been set up when i kept requesting it. They lied and cheated and are now completely changing the story after the matter. Proving my point more.

Grant please also don't lie to try and save them. How was I supposed to know i had certain things to do before I started making money for the group. Also what was these things? A name, I basically already had one, finding a crew what before being fractioned in or after, a backstory? What exactly was it? Again the discord is blank, there's only ever one player on back then, I thought i along with you guys were figuring things out. I have no knowledge on the other crews just as they dont have knowledge on what i was wanting to do with mine. Like you said the faction was starting up. Your right dons can pk but remember told by you guys and the admin that it was not because of the don wanting it but infact because of the stated reasons from above in report, it was the other capos wanting it and for what reason? A lie. The first reason you all made as clear as day but now its biting everyone in the ass and you all have completely changed to a new lie. It was definitely my mistake to take the offer and join a faction that had no structure whatsoever and let this be a lesson to all about new factions. Also sorry bout the screenshots of something ooc including discord. They already pked me for their first sincere initial reason and you cant go back and change the reason because now they are getting in trouble for it. Its too late now.

Hello, I was the administrator who approved the PK,

This is what happened.

Ayo, joins a VC with me and says I need a PK done, I say reason, he responds with Don's orders and says that the PK is on you and your friend, as Ayo is the Don of the faction you and your friend were in, the PK for Dons Orders, was valid and that is why I approved it.

Ayo never made up a story and didn't try to manipulate me to accept the PK, it was accepted because of a Valid reason which is Dons Orders.
