Subka's Bad Appeal

Reason for ban: robbing on PD char / NITRP
Length of ban: 1 Weeks

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): No admin informed me that I was gonna get banned. I also never got a chance to defend myself and was just banned straight away. I never did Rob anyone (other then a guy I knew OOC and gave him the items back) I however did taser and tie a man up (Ghats whom I also knew OOC) But did not steal anything off him myself. As the guy from earlier, Cygnus#1426 was there and took a Glock of him. (he also was good friends with Ghasts OOC) And to my knowledge returned the stolen Glock. I was also discharged from PD later by Jimmy O'connor due the these events which made it a IC problem too. Though I do admit my actions that morning where kind of mingy I do not think it is deserving a 1 week ban.

Why should you be unbanned? I feel like I should be unbanned because I wasn't given a proper chance to give my side of the story. And the fact that I've only robbed people I knew were okay with me doing it ,and I believe was more of a IC problem. (2). And I was roleplaying my role as a cocaine addict due to me taking cocaine prior the event and roleplaying as such.

Honesty that video is more then enough to justify a NITRP ban. One Robbing on PD char 2 Robbing in front of an ATM 3 You try to leave him tied. You know better then to do this. There is a list of other things but the Grant Mugging was already good enough to justify one. You weren't given a sit because you weren't on. You took advantage of the fact that staff was afk and dipped before staff got on. Not really an IC situation when you literally are breaking RP.

Alright, I will say I am not involved however just to bring some points because I am a friend of Subka, also, UA may delete this if they deem fit, however...

In mugging rules, there is nothing that states an officer can't mug, but...

Being Corrupt does NOT mean you are doing criminal acts, that means working on the inside of the PD with criminal factions. You cannot just openly commit crimes on that police character. If you want to be a criminal, make a criminal character. As soon as you put yourself in a corrupt situation it is possible to be PK'ed.

In the Police Corruption section of the rules, this is probably the only thing I could find that may make that against the rules, especially the "You cannot just openly commit crimes on that police character.". I doubt however he did these openly, correct me if wrong. I do think that this is a little bit of a false ban, however this would be a hard topic to go against due to the fact PD mugging specifically is never outlined in the rules.

Other than that, just stating my own opinion because I am just a little skeptical of this ban. Nothing against Draggy or Subka.
