Hello good Evening/Morning,
My name is MC Bokao on the server, and today im here to saddly report a Staff Member Unknown, the situation did got a bit heated due the lack of compreention with the situation.
Ill explain:
- I was being followed and Attacked by 3/4 guys which i believed they had relation with the Mexicans and we are in a War right now;
- After being followed, in a Stress Hurry about the Situation, i was screaming for help so that my friend could help me out because i was being jumped on;
- What then happened is that the Staff Member Unknown, was caught in the middle of this situation, and being a Witness of a crime, we decided to kill him, so that we would be killed or PK'ed by anyone else that could have the possibility, altho he saying he had nothing to do with the situation he indeed was a witness, and that name "Witness" is giving to a person due the fact he is related to an action but just for being caught watching;
- After my friend managed to help me kill some players attacking me, he was immediatly kicked without a chance to explain, and then i was again by myself;
- Later on ive understood and took some printscreens of the Staff member writting saying that, it was a rule, and stated, that Bystanders of a crime, or Witnesses, cannot be killed, which I've re-readen the rules again and that rules does not state there, so or he is making up rules, or he at least "wished" that that rule would be a thing, but unfortunetly for him it isnt added on this server's rule;
- And saying that this was RDM, when a reason was named, him being a witness of a crime, doesnt say on the rules you cannot kill witness's, and he is jus kicking criminals, not even allowing the Police to RP;
- The situation immeditaly escalated a little bit between me and my friend with the Staff member, he had kicked my friend straight away, saying there is certain rules that dont exist on the Website Information's, I think there isnt much more to say.
I would like some feedback from any Staff's that will see this Thread in order i can try to achieve points of view that at this moment I cant, the Only thing i see is, rules being said that dont exist, and this Staff member later on made jokes about Europeans talking like this and like that.
