hello diverge team ill keep it short i was being mugged by a dude and i complied as he was leaving i said i know you work with colombos not really sure if he did work with them and 4 minutes later he comes ties me up again when he has to wait 30 minutes . he looc says i am gonna pk you baby for saying you know where i worked when i didnt and adding it to looc ruins the situation as he has taken a in game situation to ooc . pre much he kills me and i was chillin at town hall and he kills me again when i was in medal tv

You probably shouldn't have hinted at the fact that you knew whom he was working for it. I find it justifiable for him to kill you to protect his identity. In such case it is not a PK however. The issue of him coming back is separate but he returned not to mug you but for the separate issue of what you said. I don't find there to be definitive proof of a rulebreak as most of this can be considered IC RP.
