Perma cigarette adjust

I don't know if there's a way to properly achieve this but I personally love the Perma cigarette but would love to see it edited so that you can only use your Perma cigarette if you have a pack of smokes on you and maybe after a set time your cigarette goes out and you have to light a new one so then it creates more realistic Harpy but gives you the ability to put your cigarette out and relight it later for example like when switching to Keys you don't lose your cigarette again I don't know if it's possible but it would be cool if it was

The point of the cigarette is to be permanent. This would do the opposite.
