Date of PK: 08-11-2021

Reason for PK: The hit was placed by the Colombo's for leaving the family.

Why should you be unPK'd?: When I started this character, I named my lastname Colombo. I wasn't aware that there also was a family named Colombo. I joined their ranks as an associate, meanwhile the boss of the family kept insisting that I change my lastname. That was the reason why I left the family so I can return with an appropriate lastname. After almost 3 days of waiting for a judge, I finally had the chance to change my lastname so I changed it to Martello. In the meantime the Colombo's probably thought I ratted the family out and they put a hit on me, but I was still waiting for them to get online so I can return to join their ranks again.

Hey,
The reason you were pked was leaving the faction even after we insisted you can’t have the last name. You got mad and left then tried to join another faction on the same char so you were pked.

Although I am not directly related to the PK itself I can a test to the fact that you did indeed try to join multiple factions and stated this as being the reason you needed your name changed (staff ticket)I then told you to goto the court system discord in order to change it instead. The way to get your PK appealed is not by lying

Hello, I am the one that brutally sent 4 RPK bullets into you.

Your argument is that you should not be pk'd because you was going to return.

However you still broke a guideline. Everything that happened during this PK was nothing but valid rp

At the time of your PK's approval, you had been in the civilian faction. You were previously a member of a family and you left this family. This is provable by screenshots.

You have, by your own admission, stated that you left the entire faction.
