Reason for PK: Died during a Nation of Islam war event? I don't exactly know what even happened.

Why should you be unPK'd?: Because it was pretty much RDM. I went to the street to see my faction but did not shoot anyone and didn't even have a true understanding about what was going on. I came in and some guy from a roof shot me. If I would have known it was going to be a pk, I would have never even gone over there.

You raided a base, shot through the doors, and killed several NOI members. You and your group were not participating in an 'event'. You randomly attacked us and got bit when we fought back. Maybe you shouldn't randomly shoot into a business while we're just trying to roleplay and you wouldn't get PK'd? Seems like this is just the course of roleplay and you're upset that you can't get off scot-free for bullying smaller factions.

You were PKed for participating in shooting up a factions property/raiding. I find this situation to be PKable for the attacking side as this is a direct attack and resulted in deaths of people from inside the property. I did not consider this RDM as there was an RP reason as to why this attack occurred, since that is the case, there are RP reprocussions.

Like I already said in the original post, I did NOT participate. I went over to see what was going on with my faction when it had already died down and got shot AFTER it was all over. If someone clipped it , it says it all.

By that logic, if Sanzensekai people were able to be pked from that general event, NoI people should equally be able to be pked as well considering we didn't just raid and shoot at them for no reason, we did it because there was escalated conflict. You can't set a double standard and say some people can be punished for RP repercussions while others can't. Otherwise, if that's the case, I'd like to have the leader of NoI pked because I have his F3, I saw him kill a man in the middle of conflict, and I killed him. That, and I didn't die either.

You didn't participate but had a gun out, was aiming at our business establishment, and stood by why everyone in your faction proceeded to slaughter innocent bean-pie salesmen just trying to roleplay? Just because you're in a big faction doesn't mean you have unilateral immunity to fucking with everyone on the server. If you guys choose to pick a fight, don't be terribly surprised when we don't just meekly roll over like a wounded puppy. I understand you're upset because you lost a character, but you were in the wrong. Just gonna' leave this here, 'cause I've said all I need to say.

There literally was NO """"event"""". This wasn't sanctioned, it's something you guys CHOSE to do. In doing so, you CHOSE the consequences that came with your actions.

I should have been PK'd Too. Most of them were also breaking NLR. No UA Approved this Shit. It was a spectacle that no one should face any casualties. It should be more like NLR. No one did /mes with the PKs.

edit2: PKs must be pre-approved and be overseen by an admin. This was never approved, Rem even confessed no one approved this war.

None of this proves the RP was OOC?

This is in the RULES. Rem simply RE-ITERATED the RULES. He didn't have to, but he did. Also, he simply clarified that this wasn't approved in OOC. This proves nothing except that Rem is an extremely generous staff member for warning you guys that you could be PK'd.

The reason why NOI people were not PKed, was because they reacted to their property getting shot up. It is unfair for them to be PKed for a shootout that they were forced into (because it was their property).

Also, do not reply to this appeal if you are not directly apart of this situation and have nothing to add.
