Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was banned 2 hours after the whole situation happened. The admin (Stretch) banned me without having my side of the story and I was banned for the wrong reasons because of that. Basically a man came to my factions property and started threatening and disrespecting us. After multiple warning, I killed him because he was trespassing my property. He then kept coming back and getting killed. The 5th time he broke NLR and came back after we've been killing him, he killed 2 employee's of the imperial (faction mademens) at our property so I shot him with a shot gun. (While the whole thing was happening, I kept calling for staff so they can deal with it but like I said he kept coming back).
Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I was banned without even being able to give my story, the admin only took the other guy's story and used it to ban me. I tried calling staff when all of that happened but enough is enough and killing the man was my only solution since he was coming back trying to kill us. Less than half an hour after I got banned, he was also banned for "RDMx2 | Spawn killing in the hospital | NITRP". I think the only good reason for my ban was the metagaming in vc that can be heard in the clip that I used to justify the killing . I hope that the ban can be at least reduced to 12 hours for metagaming.
