What is your motivation/reason for applying?: "If you want power apply for staff" -Hue 2022, Jokes aside. I have noticed multiple times since I started that Pendred has been asking for staff for quite a while and I feel I can help out. I also enjoy improving the RP experience for other people and making sure their RP can go as smoothly as physically possible.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered above other applicants because I don't see being staff as a job or a chore I genuinely enjoy taking sits and helping other members of the community out. For this reason, it would be extremely hard for me to get burnt out and my ticket response time will be second to none (unless it's a ticket I cant help with).
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where what position and how long): It would be physically impossible for me to remember every single one of my staff positions on every server but a highlight of my staffing experience would be Senior Mod on a Vietnam RP server that was semi-active (~30 players daily) This lasted about 2 months I have also been mod on a popular SWRP server named Astolfo (~60 players daily) for a few months. I have also run multiple servers of my own in which I would have to organize a staff team although none of them took off really (best one getting ~20 players daily at its peak) RIP bozo I guess.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would like to think that I have a good reputation within the community I wouldn't say I'm extremely well known due to my limited playtime but I would imagine a lot of people know "sidekick" I am also actively trying to become a more prominent part of the community and get a better rep as I get to know more and more members within this community
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Not really it's just something I've been interested in after I've spent more and more time on the server

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I could clip it and give it to staff on duty to avoid any possible bias. However, if there is no other staff on duty I would have to carry out the sit carefully and as to avoid any bias I would do this by hearing both sides of the story and coming to the conclusion that seems most viable after I witnessed the situation. (This is in the context that it wasn't just a white-shirt minge but a genuine member of the community
)
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would alert a higher-up staff member even if they do not take action themselves at least they know to keep an eye out and that it is taking place. I would also clip it in case they wish to see it.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would handle it as any other sit that has multiple sits frequently. I would go invisible and spectate the player that has been reported to see how they act and whether they are making an active effort to roleplay with others. if this isn't the case and they are minging and RDMing I would take action whether this results in a kick or a ban depending on the severity of the case
