I would like to suggest that the server has a purge event for 1 hour. An announcement would be made 2 hours beforehand within the server and bunkers of any kind would be allowed as long as it is on a property. It would be a non-PK event and NLR would still exist. RDM would be allowed and people could basically do whatever they want as long as it is realistic. People can team up no matter who they are and factions can still work together. Also, this event would be SERVERWIDE, not at a little property. Police, EMS, and the government would not be able to intervene at all.
