What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Well, I’ve been playing for almost a year now and I’ve seen many minges, and people are not willing to listen to the rules and most admins don't deal with it. I am applying to be that mod/admin to deal with these annoying minges to help the rp to be better and to make people who are playing have a better rp experience. I also want to help make diverge the best mafia server Gmod has seen (it already is) by helping out in any way I can, such as when there are lots of tickets during the server's main hour, I can help take the tickets to help out the players in the diverge. I’ve also seen people have bad experiences due to staff and I don't want that to happen to other players. I want them to have the best rp experience they can get.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have been here for a long time and know the rules and what's allowed and what’s not. I am also in the PST time zone so that means I can be on during rush hour and help the diverge staff when other admins in other timezones that are not on.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No I don’t
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, but all of them were a long time ago. I have not been punished in a while, and I hope to keep it that way. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am known by most of the Italian and Japanese community by my nickname as String. I believe I have a good reputation with all players that I RP with them whenever I can. The players that I do rp with hopefully get as much as a good rp experience as I do. Also, inside of my faction I am known as the person who can get things done. Also, the other factions hopefully see me as a kind person to talk to.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I will get the evidence/ character I.D. of the rule-breaker, and ask for another staff member in staff chat, or in-game chat, to avoid a bias in the situation. If no other staff member is online, then I’ll have no choice but to take the sit on my own, however, I will be extra lenient to avoid accusations of bias, and go off of the clear rules and actions in the incident. If it's something minor, that maybe was a misjudgment of a kill reason, and no other staff member is available, then I’ll let it be, as it's not really a big deal, however, if it's someone just blatantly mass-rdming. Then I will stop him, and give him a reasonable punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If it's something minor, and unintentional, then I will let them know what they did wrong, and what they could have/should have done. However, if it's clear abuse of power, then I’ll get the evidence, and make a staff report on the said staff member w/ the evidence and the actions in chronological order.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Obviously, they know I’m a staff member on the server, with that being said they know I have a responsibility to do, regardless of a friendship, this is a just a video game after all, and if they wish to be dumb and break the rules, knowing if I don’t do anything it can get my rank taken, and possibly banned, they’re not a good friend.
