Hello, I have a Char named Bill Burback. He is currently in the Miami State Penitentiary for life. I have nothing to do with him (partly due to the lack of players on the Miami server). I would like to have bill escape from the prison and go to Haiti. I don't know where to request this so I am posting it here. I would also like the event posted on the New York server so people who knew Bill Burback would see it.
