Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My friend & I were walking around, and we saw a group of people we already had issues with. They approached us previously, threatening to 'break our legs' and shoot us. A little after we were talking one on one with with one of the members and he took out his fist initially, so I did as well. We began to fight and my friend gunned him up. A couple minutes after we were both banned for RDM.



Why should you be unbanned?: The banned was unjust, I've seen this same scenario play out in this server a lot. I feel we were targeted for this ban for whatever reason.

You were banned for 2 reasons, Conflict Bait and RDM. 

Conflict Bait: You and your friend were near city hall. You began to start trouble with a male walking down the street, while your friend hid in a bush you began hitting the male with your fist's with no RP behind it at all and once he hit you back your friend came out of the bush and shot him. 

Rule #6 of the Server Rules under Killing Rules: 

1. You may not attack/start confrontations with people in order to kill them when they defend themselves. This is considered baiting.

RDM: You guy's approached someone from off of the street randomly, and baited him to fight you so that you guys can shoot him.
         Definition of RDM: Random Death Match, Randomly Killing Players

I would like to recommend you familiarize yourself with the rules of the server to prevent any type of mishaps and future bans. But I believe this ban was justified.

As I stated in the post, the person wasn't "randomly off the street", he was apart of a group of men we were beefing with. They threatened us with violence. I guess you can call it baiting, but it wasn't random baiting. Just mafia stuff really, I'd call it more setting him up. It happened often with mafias and crime families in the real world with rivaling groups.
