Reason for Appeal: Me and 2 members of my faction tried to force someone at gun point (on our turf) to follow us and they didn't, instead he tried running away and pulled out a suppressed colt m1911 and mag dumped on us, we had no choice but to defend ourselves. I have class in the morning and won't wait for hours for an unexpected sit at 1am, I never died so please tell me how I broke NLR?, and FAIL RP? 3 Bangers on their turf try robbing a guy in the night......sounds like mob rp to me.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): 2 of my members were there during the whole thing. INCIDENT TOOK PLACE NORTH DEAD CENTER IN THE RED AREA INFRONT OF THE HARDWARE STORE WHICH IS NOW HUSTLA TERRITORY (RENAMED). IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT MUGGING ISN'T ALLOWED IN PUBLIC, WE TRIED FORCING HIM TO A CORNER YET HE FIRED ON US.
