Make Miami just prison rp

I think the whole idea of prison rp was good but I feel like that fact it was surrounded by a whole new map that was just mafia rp 2 kinda killed it no one wanted to go to jail and they just would want to do the things they could have done in New York like sell guns and drugs I think if Miami was just one large prison complex and you have factions just dedicated to prison then maybe things will go better for the second server and it will be like a whole new rp for gmod as a whole. I'm aware that there is a prison rp in gmod but im pretty sure it won't be as in depth or complex than whatever diverge will have in mind also life sentences wont have to result in pks it could just result in a ban to a new server

I for sure think more should be done with the prison.  I was a CO for a little and the prison rp was fun for the short ammount of time it lasted, prison factions would definitely be interesting. Factions like the nation of islam could come back for it.  I was thinking there could be prison gangs like the AB that have inside and outside members,  the outside members would smuggle things like weapons and drugs inside the prison and the inside members would sell the drugs to an npc in the prison.  The aryan brotherhood and the NOI would be rivals and things like race riots would occur inside.
