Chao Fu Lee was born in Hong Kong, China 1940 to a poor mother and father, his mother was a maid and his father was an opium farmer for one of the local Triads the Sun Ya Kung and was barely making enough for a whole meal, sometimes they had to scavenge for food just to survive and sew clothing just to be warm, they lived in a small apartment and had only one bed for the whole family, their living room and bedroom was their kitchen and the outside was their bathroom, you can see why Chao went down this path, when Chao was 15 he met Don lAo the boss of the lAo Kung Sang Triad, Chao would offer to clean his car every day for some cash to feed his Mother and Father, one day of cleaning don lAo offers him a job to work as an opium farmer, he gladly accepted it knowing he'd start at the bottom of the totem pole but show enough ambition to move to the top, when he was 24 he committed his first big hit for Don lAo , someone had ratted him out to a rival Triad and lAo wanted him dead and handed him Chao picture of the rat, The lAo Kung Sang Triad ran by Jiao Fuk Shao a longtime rival to The Ah Kung Company once friends and now sworn enemies, Chao offered to take the rat and Jiao out and kill two birds with one stone, Don lAO said no, but gave him a look that said if he could pull it off he'd move up to a lieutenant rank, and he would be the first youngest lieutenant Chao nodded and went on to search for the rat, eventually Chao found him and dragged the rat to and alley and beat him to death making it look like a mugging gone wrong, then went to the Jiao compound and saw a limo, Chao proceeded to the limo stealthily and took out the limo driver hid his body and put his clothes on, then started the limo and waited for Jiao , 5 minutes later Jiao and his body guard arrives, Chao reaches into the glove box and takes out a loaded 44. Magnum lays it under the seat and escorts Jiao and the bodyguard to the limo, he drives off into a discreet location and quickly takes out the magnum and fires 4 shots into their heads.
Chao is now the right-hand man of the aging don lAo , lAo is currently now on his deathbed and his last dying wish was for Chao to take charge, Chao gladly accepts but had a tear coming down his face as lAo was like a father to him, Chao also promises to take care of his grandchildren and make sure they stay safe in life.
January 7th 1980, Chao is now the most powerful crime boss in hong kong and wants to expand his operation into New York and eventually moves down there for more opportunity, Chao starts making his mark in the small areas of Brooklyn (Or wherever this is located in new york) and begins his reign.
