Reason for PK: Broke Fear RP

Why should you be unPK'd?: The whole situation was unfair, I got back from being afk without my headset and was headed back to PD so I can hop off but was met by the minge gang called TopHat gang and they attempted to take me hostage which I don't mind and was totally prepared for but in the time I got my headset back on me and sat down to see what all the commotion is they shot at me and as I turned around and whipped out my glock to meat 10 of them the gunned me down, I didnt shoot nor did I argue with them, it was unfortunate as I was headed to go officially off line until the whole situation went down. They did not rp any situation when the Police was after their gang and I bet they wont rp later on.

that is the clip of it and I will ask other officers involved with me in the fight against them to provide me with videos of their RP through out the gang war so I could give more evidence of my claims against them

I denied this PK last night because there was clearly NITRP, or at the very least Fail RP. I also didn't find it met Fear RP as you had your back turned when they pulled their guns on you as you ran off.
