Greetings, and thank you for your interest in this suggestion!

So, I decided to hop onto Miami for the relaunch, and don't get me wrong, the map is beautiful, players were bustling in the streets, and the (1)cars were a nice spark, albeit some oddities. Though, I think there need to be some implementations to incentivize people from only joining for the "erroneous" reasons in rackets and items. Not everyone wants to partake in CivRP, but I think most people enjoy it being present with how it adds to the roleplay atmosphere.

(1)Pertaining to the cars, I'd say there needs to be an edit to the handling lines. I'm just speaking from anecdote, but I felt like they were very slippery and don't brake nearly fast enough. And they somewhat don't quite fit in with the other vehicles texture-wise either, but I'm curious what other people think of them so I'll post a poll. The vehicles and hydraulics are a cool addition!)

All of the pretexts aside, I say that there be even more incentives for "business creation" to inspire the commute moreso. I wouldn't care if it's government-sponsored, done through rackets, or even given through UA. People who join the server need player-to-player roleplay interaction that is unique to Miami, or they're just going to centralize back to New York. Though, that is just my two cents on the matter; I only roleplay. There might be better options too, but this was my thought on the Miami longevity issue. Below in bullet points I'll sum up my thoughts.
  • Create/Incentivize a unique player-to-player roleplay environment in Miami
  • Utilize some more of the building space.
  • Possibly increase the "commute incentives" by including fishing sales, legal, or illegal, though reasonable, ways to make money and contribute to RP. (I know this was done with oil prices, but maybe something more social?)
  • Edit the handling lines of the vehicles. The textures are really an aesthetic matter that comes up to personal preference, so that isn't something I can say anything on.

Haha, most definitely! I'm newer to the community, so I wasn't able to even buy any of the new cars. I just tested them with someone who let me borrow one to pick up my oil shipment.
Me.

+1 especially to the handling lines, the steering at high speeds needs to be upped you have to yank the steering for the slightest adjustments on most cars I've tried
