Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: Yes I used to be a Admin on a 1942 server. The server did use nut script I do not know what SAM is but I'm open to learning it (Server name: IG).
Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:My reason for applying is that I really like the server as it is very fun to play. I could put over 8 hours a day and not be bored. Also I stay on normally very late at night and a good amount of the time there isn't staff on. I want to improve the staff team and write a staff guidelines for bans and try to add more rules to the MOTD that I think need to be specified. I want to overall improve the quality of the staff team. That is one of my goals as being a staff member if I get accepted (for now). I also do like doing events ( I have experience with being a Game Master) and I have some really good ideas for being one. But overall I just want to improve the quality of the server as I want the server to thrive and I want to see our community grow.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be picked over other candidates because I have more experience that most players. I have a unbiased personality in my opinion. I don't pick favorites and I really don't care if you're my friend. I will always follow the server rules and won't turn a blind eye to anything. What I want to do is focus on the experience and quality for other players basically what I'm trying to say is I have a sorta passion for the server. As I've played countless Mafia RP servers and I really enjoy playing them (Probably one of my favorite game modes). Next I have this thing called Self control and not having a ego because I'm staff. Lastly I don't care for power I could be whatever rank and still have the same attitude.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes I have over 5000 hours on GMOD and I've played over countless servers and staffed for many. For example, in WW1 I played I was HA for around 6 months. I've staffed for a 1942 RP that had nutscript for around 3 months, my rank being an Admin. Those are some examples of servers I've been staff for.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I was banned for LTAP|FearRP|NITRP which I made a ban appeal. Basically I never left the server I was brought into another sit in which the staff accidentally banned me which I completely understand. The FearRP and NITRP I talked to the staff member that banned me and that they didn't actually have proof that I did I also explained the whole situation to him and how the 2 cops where lying about it etc.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: In my opinion I'm not too well known in the community. I try not to involve myself with anything that's out of RP. Now what others
think of me I would say is a sorta chill. I try to be serious during the right times but if it's sorta minge hours I'll relax but I don't participate in it. But I would say in the family that I'm in I try to enforce the rules and want everyone to work together.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would go on duty. Next step I would bring him to a place that is away from RP and is safe where he can't RDM anyone. Now the next step I would do is check logs for the people that he has killed. I would then next bring them to the admin sit if they made a report. Ask a few questions etc. Now my next job will be to identify the punishment he will be getting. If he RDMed over 3 people then it is Mass RDM. I will also check if he broke any other rules and hand out the punishments that are needed.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first open OBS and start recording. I will not witch hunt them at all. I will only be trying to approve the server by doing this. If I find good enough evidence I will take it to the Forums and make a staff report on the staff member. But I will try to make it to the best of my ability to make sure the Staff doesn't get removed because I believe in 2nd chances and they may also just not understand that they're abusing.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: First I would not care that they're my friend I treat all players equally no matter their stand point socially to me. I would next bring them to a admin sit. Answer the peoples reports that made one on my "friend" and find evidence that they did break the rules. Next I would give out the punishment that is needed. I will then after the fact send him/her the link to the rules so next time they can know and I will then hold them to a higher standard if they minge/rdm again.
