Why should they be returned?: Me and some buddies were messing around and I put up a fence in the town hall (which you could still get around) to prevent Drainer from leaving Miami 


there was no malicious intent and no one was angry or harmed 

i really need my pet flags for faction leading and the dupe in our restaurant

+1 Drainer here, It was a one time lack of foresight, although I never engaged in any prop placement im sure Todd has learned his lesson and will not do the same actions again
