What is your motivation/reason for applying? : [b]I've noticed the alarming increase in minges, which is affecting the server and the overall experience, and I'd like to be a part of the solution. I do believe the current staff is more than capable of dealing with this, but depending on the time of day (my morning and afternoon), there are almost always just one or two staff members, and the damage that the minges do in the time that it takes said two staff to deal with them is very negative and sets a bad example for all minges, making this server sometimes a target for people who have nothing better to do than ruin other people's days/roleplays, and I would like to help fix these problems.[/b]
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *[b]I consider myself to be a very open-minded person because I enjoy hearing both sides of an argument (sit), because regardless of the situation, there is always someone on the wrong side of the argument, and I believe I can show them why they were wrong.

I see myself as a friendly, level-headed person and one that respects others until disrespected. I won't be insulting nor aggressive until I am shown insults or aggression.
I consider myself an independent thinker as well and may be able to help resolve problems with different solutions.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation? What do other members think of you? : [b]I'm not well known per say, but I am known to a few select people and some admins, and to the best of my knowledge, those people who know me do not dislike me, but I cannot be certain whether they like me or not.
I can only be certain that around six people that talk to me on a daily basis on the server like me.[/b]

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:i would advise the player that got rdm to make a ticket then i hould provide him with a clip (if he did not have one) I'd get on duty and wait for a sit to be called; if one is called, I'd let the person speak to see if they'd admit to it. if so i whould warn him if he had no previus warning but if he had multiple warnings i hould cunsult a hire-up for advice
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do? I would try to catch him abusing with medal, and if I couldn't, I would report to a higher-ranking staff member and advise them to keep an eye on him.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed, knowing this can affect your friendship with them? I would proceed normally, regardless of our friendship. I'd get a clip(s) from the player that made the complaint, analyze the clip(s), and proceed from there. Firstly, I would warn them and teach him the rules; and finally, if he hould continue said rule breaking I would question a higher-up about the situation. Then it'll probably be a ban if it's a repeated offense.
