What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I want to become a staff member to enforce rules and take tickets of course but to also help improve the overall quality of the server experience for players. I would try to answer tickets as fast as possible and be as fair and just so people enjoy their time to the fullest on diverge. I would like people playing for their first time to come back and keep old players around. I see complaints about tickets not getting answered fairly often when I am on so I see that as something I can personally help with. I also like the members of staff I have met so I would also like to help them, not just the players. I also feel like I would like to get more involved with the community and I feel like becoming staff is a great way because I can meet new people that I wouldn’t in rp. Staff is just something I always wanted to be and I hope this will be my opportunity to become staff and give it my best.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I should be considered over others because I have free time to dedicate. I will go above and beyond to not only do what I have to but always to do what I can for each and every person who needs help. Once again I see people who need tickets answered when I am on so it seems some more staff is needed when I am on. I am not a biassed person and I will be fair in all decisions, for example I wouldn’t let rp or ooc relationships determine how I treat them and punish them, as staff I would treat everyone equally even if it would effect ooc relationships they would have to understand that my position as staff would come before in certain situations.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have never been staff on any server before.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I don’t think I am too known but I do have friends around the server. I do hold a high position within a faction and I am branching out everyday and meeting new people. I hope my reputation isn’t bad as I do involve myself in rp and try to make it as fun as possible for everyone involved. I think people see me as a good , fun guy. I have also never been in trouble with staff.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
Well It depends on the situation happening, if someone rdms me I would make a ticket of my own and let another staff member handle it. If someone else was rdmed I would switch to my staff character as soon as possible and get the situation resolved asking for clips for proof and seeing why the offender did it if he actually did and then determine his punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would collect all the evidence I could get and report it to a staff member higher than me, this way even if the proof isn’t enough the staff member can keep an eye on them and make sure it doesn’t continue. I wouldn’t take staff abuse lightly because it can affect players and staff so it is something that I wouldn’t want to keep quiet about.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would have to punish them the same as everyone else, being my friend doesn’t make them above the rules. If my friend went around breaking rules knowing I am staff and not respecting me, making me make a decision between my position and friendship , they wouldn’t be that good of a friend would they.
