Reason for PK : I was mugging somebody and I got killed by another person that wasn’t involved in it but from another friend I was told that the guy I was mugging was on radio and called his friend to come save him which is fail rp if you see in the clip his other friend is in radio and walked straight to where the mugging was performed at and suspiciously which is not fair

(Not involved, but will also say, you going out of your way to mug on your cop character, would already have submitted you to a possible PK/Removal and blacklist from the PD, which already has happened. Also, it doesn't state in the rules that using a radio which is the way best way to communicate in character across the map, rather than breaking the rules and using discord, while being mugged is against FailRP. You did not tie him up, he would have access to using it. In fact, you never had guns pointed at him throughout the video, and to also add when his friend came in, you lost the element of a 2v1 and made it a 2v2 which would make the mug invalid and in the public eye, making it a fail mug if you chose to continue. I'm writing this so an admin doesn't have to, you can thank me.)

I wasn't on radio with him, as you can see in my clip. I didn't even have a radio in my inventory at the time, nor was the person involved on any sort of radio. I walked into the hospital because Miguel De La Cruz, who you had been rolling with, was parked outside, and I went inside to AFK upstairs. You were in the stairwell, which is where the clip starts. You can claim it's not fair, but there was no radio involvement, and you're the one who chose to break character rules by mugging on PD. Beyond even you being an officer, it's your responsibility as a mugger to do so in a secluded location where people are extremely unlikely to catch you. You failed to do so, pointed a gun at a bystander, and you were killed as a result.

Your claims are entirely baseless, and while I understand the work that goes into being in PD, it doesn't give you the right to fabricate your version of events to suit your needs.

Hello! I am the character banning admin. You were pked because you died during a mugging attempt. In the clip I was provided, it seemed to be an accidental thing to stumble upon but thank god he did because you also are not supposed to be mugging as a cop might I add. I strongly urge the person who reviews this pk, to not accept it.

i should also add that i clearly wasn't there to come in guns blazing and save him. i casually walked in and didn't even have my gun out. i didn't even intervene until you held me at gunpoint and made me part of the situation.

It doesn't seem like you're aware of this, but you aren't allowed to mug as a cop. Openly committing crimes like that would've resulted in you being PK'd or removed regardless, and possibly blacklisted.
