What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I'm a reasonable person, i do not let emotions get the better of me nor do i hold grudges. I've enjoyed the time i have spent on the server and would like to do my best to improve the server and help fellow players have the best experience possible. I'd like to help people resolve their problems in a fair and timely manner. I care more about the quality of the server and the playerbase as a whole than i do my in-game friends and associates and would not make unfair decisions. I have plenty of time to be on the server when needed especially on weekends, though i said 4 hrs above i can be on as often as needed if there are less moderators on than needed.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
As stated above i hold no biases towards other places for any reason. I have no bans, tirver.me outs, etc on my account and have done well following the rules and respecting the server. I understand the way the people of New York city operate. I'm very good at finding resolutions to conflicts that leave both parties happy. I'm active on the server and will continue to be.

No i do not on Gmod
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
I have never been banned from any server on Gmod
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I'm not sure if "well known" but plenty of people do recognize me when i'm on and im always freindly and offering help where i can. I am a part of a large popular faction so i know the rules well. Due to being in the cartel im a very active member of the community.I've met many people in the server from mine and other factions in high level events and meetings. In the faction i've done a lot of business and have met a lot of people in the community.

No staff have recommended me but i have not interacted much with staff besides the occasional getting stuck in walls.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would log onto my staff character and contact the player that reported the RDM. I'd look for evidence and accordingly.
[b]You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:[/b]
I would try to gather as much evidence as possible (Screen shots and clips) before reaching out to a higher admin to explain the problem.
[b]A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:[/b]
I would talk to those who have reported him to find out what's been happening and proceed with interest in keeping the server a better experience for everyone even if it affects my friendship.
