Reason for PK: Active Corruption
Why should you be unPK'd?: I was PK'd by an enemy faction of my wife because they 'witnessed me being corrupt.' (She did coke in front of me and I partook) However, in real life (and I should hope this is the same case for the legality in the game) marital privilege says that if my spouse commits a crime, it is not a crime for me to not report it, and drug consumption in itself is not a crime (not in the penal code), just the possession. Plus, I doubt the legitimacy of someone witnessing me do this, since it was just me and amber and her faction members in that room. I would need to see the evidence to accept this as legitimate.
And on a less objective note, this just really fucking sucks. I've grinded my way up through the ranks as a cop for months, and now all that is gone. I seriously encourage a second thought of this later, when the minds of all parties have had time to consider (like, think about it, don't make a decision to deny or accept my appeal today). I know this doesn't matter, but Cop RP was the only thing that really interested me in this server, and no way in hell I am going through the process to get where I was again. Even that got boring eventually, hence me spicing it up by getting married IC. If all that is gone, its highly likely I will be too. I know that probably won't matter, but think about it, okay?
