With the rise of the Governors Office, I feel as if it is time for the State level government members to have their own faction. It seems a bit silly that a State Legislator or State Advisor would be considered part of the NYC Government. And, with more members joining the State Level Government I think this is he perfect time to make it its own faction. We have the Governors Office, Senators, and maybe even some high ranking DoJ members could be invited into the faction.
