+1 Despite all you people hating. I at first had some problems with Luminosity however they have been resolved and talking to him he showed passion and good ideas for the faction with alot of RP involved and he would lead quite well as his ideas and passion for rp far succeeds many players on the server today!

(+/- 1. I cant for the life of me figure out what to score this but if I am honest its a good idea on paper. Though the cartel war did leave cartels with a bad name and you are sometimes a bit too reckless I think this could be an interesting take on a new faction. Overall I would say its good but that remains to be seen) - Obsolete
